Session fees
Counselling sessions cost £150 per session, unless we have discussed and agreed otherwise.
Session length
Sessions for children and young people under 18 last 45 minutes.
For adults aged 18 and above, sessions last 45 or 50 minutes.
We discuss and agree the session length during assessment, taking your individual circumstances and needs into account.
Assessments and reviews
Assessment and review appointments last 45 minutes and cost £150 per appointment, unless otherwise discussed and agreed.
The initial 15-minute telephone call is free.
Where Sessions take place
Face-to-face sessions take place at a clinic in Oxford Circus, London.
Online sessions are available via Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime. We will discuss and agree a suitable format before we begin.
Sessions are arranged for an agreed date and time.

Appointments are arranged in advance for an agreed date and time.
Access to the clinic
The clinic is on the fourth floor. There is a lift, but there are also steps at the building entrance and outside the lift. The route to the counselling room is therefore not step-free and is not wheelchair accessible.
If steps or stairs may make access difficult, please contact me before arranging an in-person appointment so we can discuss your needs.
Online and telephone counselling may offer alternatives, depending on your circumstances and whether these formats are appropriate for you.
Arriving Late
If you are running late, I will remain available for the first 15 minutes of your appointment.
Your session will still end at its scheduled time.
Cancellations and missed sessions
If you need to cancel, please give at least 72 hours’ notice by email or SMS.
Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged at the full agreed session fee.
